Genesis 18:1-8
And the Lord appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in
the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and
looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he
ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the
ground, And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight,
pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: Let a little water, I
pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under
the tree: And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your
hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to
your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said. And Abraham
hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly
three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the
hearth. And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and
good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it. And
he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set
it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did
eat.
Genesis 19:1
And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate
of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed
himself with his face toward the ground;
Deuteronomy 22:1-3
Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide
thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy
brother. And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know
him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall
be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore

2 Kings 4:8-10
And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a
great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was,
that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread.
And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is
an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a
little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him
there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it
shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.
Job 29:8
